How do I reserve a puppy?

Start with a puppy application so we have your contact information. A $100 deposit holds your place in line and is applied to the price of your puppy; it is non-refundable. When a litter turns 8 weeks old we text prices, photos and videos to everyone on the list, starting at the top, and you have 8 business hours to pick or pass.

When can my puppy come home?

Puppies are ready to leave their mother at 10 to 12 weeks old, on a date we determine based on the puppy's weight. Tiny puppies need that extra time to be safe.

How will my puppy get to me?

Accepted Answer

Three ways: a lap nanny carries your puppy in-cabin (usually $650–$1,200), we meet in a safe public location, or you fly in and collect your puppy yourself. Your puppy never rides cargo.

Is there a health guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before going home and comes with a written health guarantee. You must have your puppy examined by your own veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up to keep the warranty valid, and there is a 12-month warranty from the date of birth against debilitating congenital conditions.
