Start with a puppy application so we have your contact information. To hold a place in line, the deposit is $100, and it is applied to the price of your puppy when you pick. The deposit reserves your place in line and is non-refundable.

When a litter turns 8 weeks old we text prices, pictures and videos to everyone on the list, starting at the top. You then have 8 business hours to pick or pass. If you pass, you keep your place in line.

Every puppy is placed as a pet. Registration papers are held and released to you once we have proof your puppy has been spayed or neutered. Breeding is expressly prohibited under our health guarantee.

No — we do not microchip. You are welcome to have it done by your own veterinarian.

Puppies are ready to leave their mother at 10 to 12 weeks old, on a date we determine based on the puppy’s weight. Tiny puppies need that extra time to be safe.

There are three ways families bring their puppy home:

• A lap nanny carries your puppy in-cabin — usually $650–$1,200.
• We meet in a public location that keeps both parties safe.
• You fly in and collect your puppy yourself.

Your puppy never rides cargo. Please know we usually cannot deliver ourselves — our days revolve around caring for the puppies and their parents around the clock.

Yes. Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before going home, and comes with a written health guarantee.

You must have your puppy examined by your own veterinarian within 72 hours of pick-up for the warranty to stay valid. There is also a 12-month warranty from the puppy’s date of birth against debilitating congenital conditions.
